This website (johnjohn3d.com.br)
This is an institutional and product website. It uses no cookies, has no login, and has no forms that collect personal data. Contact buttons take you to WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord or the marketplaces, where each service's own policy applies.
As with any website, our servers and the security/network layer (Cloudflare) log the IP address of requests to operate and protect the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Videos are embedded by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie) and only load when you click to play; the thumbnail is served from our own domain. Interface scripts (jQuery, Bootstrap) are served from our own domain, with no third-party CDN.
We use no analytics tools, tracking pixels or advertising on this website.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how JohnJohn 3D handles personal data in the JJManager software and the JohnJohn 3D account.
Data controller: JohnJohn 3D LTDA, CNPJ 27.140.814/0001-88, based in Guarulhos/SP, Brazil.
Contact for privacy matters and to exercise your rights: [email protected].
2. Data we collect and why
JohnJohn 3D account: name, email and password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash, never as text. We use this data to identify your account, keep you signed in (at most two active sessions per account) and unlock the PRO license. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Acceptance of terms: when you create the account, we record which version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted and when, to prove your consent.
PRO subscription: plan, subscription status and expiry, and the customer and subscription identifiers at Stripe. Card details are sent directly from JJManager to Stripe; they never pass through or stay on our servers. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Pricing: when you open the plans screen, JJManager sends the region set in your operating system (for example, BR) only to show prices in Brazilian reais or US dollars. No IP-based location service is used. JJManager versions before 2.0.9 do not send the region; for them the country is still identified from the IP address at ip-api.com, not linked to your account. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Suggestions: name, email and the text you write, used only to read and reply to your suggestion. Legal basis: consent, given when you send it.
Error and log reports: when you choose to send a report, we send the technical description of the error, the JJManager version, the operating system and, if you tick that option, the log files. Logs may contain the name of your user folder on the computer and IP addresses of devices on your local network. Nothing is sent without your confirmation. Legal basis: consent.
Update checks: JJManager contacts our servers to find new versions of the program, firmware and plugins. As with any internet access, our servers record the IP address of the request.
3. Data that stays on your computer
Program settings, device profiles and adjustments, nicknames and credentials for local integrations (for example, the OBS WebSocket password and the Streamlabs token) are kept in a database on your computer and are not sent to JohnJohn 3D. Your session token, your name and those credentials are stored encrypted, protected by your operating system account.
Integrations with SimHub, OBS, Streamlabs, vMix and MSI Afterburner run locally, between JJManager and those programs, on your machine or network.
Some features you turn on connect JJManager directly to third-party services, without going through JohnJohn 3D: YouTube (Google), Twitch and Kick live chat, using the channel and key you provide; and the JJPI-01 panel city search, which sends the city name to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) to get its location. Each service follows its own privacy policy.
JJManager logs stay on your computer and are trimmed automatically when they grow large. They only leave your machine if you choose to send them to support.
4. Who we share data with
Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
Our server hosting provider in Brazil and our email delivery provider, acting on our behalf.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil. In those cases we require safeguards compatible with the LGPD.
5. How long we keep data
Account data: while the account exists. After a deletion request, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records of payments.
Suggestions and error reports: up to 12 months, to follow up on the issue.
6. Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share it with, withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed based on consent.
In JJManager, on the Account screen, you can download all your data and delete your account at any time; deleting cancels an active subscription immediately. For other requests, write to [email protected] from your account email. We reply within 15 days.
You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
7. Security
Communication between JJManager and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes and access to data is limited to those who need it to run the service.
8. Children and teenagers
The JohnJohn 3D account and the PRO subscription are intended for people over 18, or minors with the authorization and supervision of their legal guardians.
9. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the update date above will change and, if the change is significant, we will let you know in JJManager.
